Made one of John's top 5 favorite dishes the other night and saved some money.  Vietnamese Clay Pot Pork.  Picked up some moist & tender thin cut boneless pork chops from Kroger.  I have extra $1.00 coupons if anyone is interested.  I have one happy husband and leftovers!

Been Busy

Haven't been very active.  Need to do more with this page.  Been spending too much time having fun with the kids.  Wait, can never spend too much time having fun with them. :)

Bought a livingsocial deal that will be fun.  Train ride, paddle boat, and ice cream for $12.
